Look Ahead

Inspired by northern gypsy's  latest post, i've for no reason decided to write what I want my immediate future to be like, along with how it could go wrong.. just so ya'll downers don't think im being 'unrealistic.'


I wan't you to listen to a song that reminds you of the best summer you've had or a song that reminds you of summer.. 

• I want to play rounders with my friends in the park in the summer, chat on the grass and listen to music <3
• Make the most of my current adorable friends while i still have them, before uni, work and life take them away for a while <3
• South Africa for a month please with Sophie Lowe <3
• Turn 18 and celebrate it with the people that matter most to me <3
• Train myself further, especially my voice <3
• Be in shows and keep involved in the arts <3
• Not have work over through and get in the way of life <3  

That's my ideal immediate future. We have to grow up so fast these days, it's awful when you get to 17 and realise that childhood is nearly over, i know when i turn 18, it'll feel like the end of the carefree world where biggest worries where what color to use next and what you'll teacher do because you didn't do your homework. It's scary, but exciting because a whole new chapter in the book of Liam will begin in just under 6 months time..


Now I could end up working and not living, letting distance get in between friendships, have the worst summer, not go to the other side of the world and not live but i can't let that happen, even now it's 'you need to work more' and  'you'll probably never see me again when we leave.'

You may even be going to uni this September / October which is just 7 / 8 months away. You've only gotta look at where we're at in February now and realise that the time will fly away. Good luck to you uni folk, you're excited, scared, brave and cool people for being able to uproot yourself and move to a different place at 18, i couldn't do it just yet. We may be out on friday nights getting crunked, or staying up late with friends on the beach, but you'll have cheap SUs and uni life to experience (good or bad thing is up to you!)
