The Shape Of Things To Come

Either you live under a rock or your oblivious to world affairs, but we all know that currently, the arab world is undergoing a radical change in terms of how the people want their country to be run.

What do i think about this? Well, if people want to break the tradition of oppression then yeah, i totally agree, i'll even hand them a molotov or 2.. Tunisia and Egypt have successfully won their battle against their, lets face it, SHIT leaders and are hopefully on their way to becoming a democracy.

At the risk of boring you so you want to scratch your eyes out to prevent you reading more... wait just a minute now!

Car owners, I'm one, never was till i passed (obvs) and i used to think that oil prices should rise so we become less dependant on oil. Now, in a way i still think the same, but when you actually have a petrol drinking machine you do tend to think differently. Because of arab unrest, oil prices are really starting to increase which like it or not is a bad thing, and if these uprisings spread to places Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates then pump prices are very likely to hit £1.50 and higher.

Now, imma try and make this a little more light and break it down...

1. Unless we end our filthy whore ridden marriage with oil in the next 5 years and REALLY start putting money towards our dreamy wedding to the clean, pure and trouble free renewable fuels, we're in for some serious arguments with the bitch

2. Because of the Arab unrest, rich Western countries like the US and the UK are thinking "these oil rich bitches could stop selling us oil. Which would suck as we need it like a crackhead needs... crack" So to cover themselves they push up prices to make up for potential lost money incase, for example the UK can't buy oil. Bummer.

3. Oil oozing countries like Saudi Arabia know that rich Western countries will always buy oil. Always. Unless it gets to over £2-3 at the pump, in that case, ditch the car and ride a bike. Or one helluva divorce.

4. You may be dead confused as to what the 'barrel of crude oil' is. That's ok! It's just the measurement of how oil is bought and sold and is the same as 3.7 litres =]

Basically.. Oil is the liquid of the devil!
